Your Payment Information
Comet Lore does not receive or store your full card number through our Shopify store. Card details are handled securely by Shopify and/or the payment provider used for your transaction. We may receive limited payment information needed to manage your order, such as the payment status, payment method and, where provided, the last four digits of your card.
Payment Authorisation
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate. An order can only proceed once the payment has been successfully authorised or processed. If a payment is declined, cannot be verified or requires additional authentication, you may be asked to complete verification or use another payment method.

Refunds
Information about refund eligibility and returns is available in our Returns & Refunds policy. Where a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
